Dr. Aaron Tabor

Vice President, Research & Development

Dr. Aaron J. Tabor has been a proven executive leader in the regenerative medicine field for over 15 years. He is licensed by the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) as a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) and is board certified by the American Board of Wound Management (ABWM). His background and organizational leadership include research and development, clinical application, quality, and regulatory management along with commercial clinical support working closely with many clinicians in private practice, hospitals and physical therapy offices. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and textbooks in the regenerative space, specifically focusing on tissue repair and regeneration. He has been involved in numerous grants with the National Institute of Health (NIH), Department of Defense (DoD) and private foundations progressing the translational medicine field. Outside of his industry responsibilities he has an academic appointment in the Department of Biological Sciences at Northern Arizona University (NAU). Dr. Tabor completed his PhD at Northern Arizona University specializing in treatments for acute and chronically damaged tissue and a commercial post-doc working with a novel stroke retrieval device. During his Master’s degree he was a National Science Foundation (NSF) Fellow and received an undergraduate degree in Biology with a pre-health emphasis.
